Brook Butterflies - Pre-School Education

Brook Butterflies is open from Monday to Friday and is led by Ms Beddall and a team of qualified staff.

Once a child is three years old, they can attend five 3 hour sessions a week on either mornings or afternoons or a full time place. These sessions are play orientated and are aimed at settling the child and developing their social skills and confidence. Once settled, activities become more structured, preparing children for school entry.

All sessions follow the seven areas of learning for the Foundation Stage.

We value our relationship with parents and are committed to working in partnership. The club believes that staff and parents should work with each other to ensure a happy, relaxed environment where each child can flourish. This involves welcoming, consulting and involving parents at all times to discuss our work, their child/children or take part in our activities.

Ofsted Inspection

Brook Butterflies is now inspected as part of our full school inspection and achieved a 'good' judgement like the rest of the school.
