Brook Buddies - Breakfast and After School Club
Over recent years there has been a growing demand from families with children at our school for out of school care.
Many parents/carers experienced a great deal of difficulty in finding appropriate out of school care for their children whilst they have been at work or attending further education courses.
We aim to provide high quality seamless wraparound childcare for children attending Brook School and others in the locality of the school.
Brook Buddies offers a safe, secure environment where children are cared for by qualified staff experienced in providing play opportunities for children.
Buddies breakfast and after school club are situated in the Environmental Classroom next to the school garden. This is easily accessible from George Street.
Activities for both clubs are very child-led. There are lots of activities for the children to choose from; arts and crafts, Lego and construction, jigsaws, computers to name a few.
Weather permitting, we go outside and enjoy our outdoor spaces; giving the children a wide variety of choice and experience.
Buddies has a mobile phone for parents to contact staff: 07970 704158. Please note this number will only be answered from 8.00am to 9.00am and 3.15pm to 5.45pm.

Breakfast Club
Breakfast club begins at 8.00am. A full range of cereals, fruit, toast and spreads are available.
Cost: £3.50 per session
After School Club
After School Club begins at 3.20pm until 5.45pm. A range of healthy snacks are available. Any dietary requirements will be catered for.
Cost: £5.25 (3.20pm to 4.45pm) or £8.00 (3.20pm - 5.45pm)
