Dear Parent/Carer,
Clubs for the Autumn term should be paid for by Wednesday 11th September 2015. Please note that payments can be made from Tuesday 8th September at the school office.
Parents regularly attending Buddies can give in club forms and money in an envelope in exchange for a receipt after 4.30 p.m. on the evening of Monday 7th September if they cannot pay on the morning of Tuesday 8th
September.
Places are secured by payment only. Please give payments to the school office so that your interest in the club can be registered and a receipt given.
Please note no cheques accepted. Each club will cost £2.50 per week (ten week clubs £25.00 total) Cookery will be £2.50 per week + £1.00 for ingredients (10 week club £35.00 total).
Please note clubs have a maximum number and some sell out quickly. If we cannot allocate your child a place we will note their interest on a waiting list.
Please note if money and forms are sent in with a child it will be later in the morning when they are presented to the office.
Those queuing for places for popular clubs will therefore be earlier in booking their places.
